I recommend that the Road Safety Commission works with its partner agencies to consider appropriate speed management reform, with a view to reducing the regional default speed limit of 110 kilometres per hour, to 100 kilometres per hour, or alternatively, to a speed that is lower than 110 kilometres per hour.
