Summary - The deceased was a 47 year old female who was an involuntary patient at Graylands Hospital and who died on 22 January 2010.

The inquest was held together with the deaths of nine other persons who had been held in care as involuntary patients at Graylands Hospital immediately before they died.

The Coroner found the deceased died on 22 January 2010 at Graylands Hospital from bronchopneumonia on a background of ischaemic heart disease, chronic renal failure and past hypoxic brain injury. The manner of death was natural causes.
