Summary - The deceased was a 53 year old male who died on 22 February 2011 after hanging himself while he was a patient at Graylands Hospital.
The inquest was held together with the deaths of nine other persons who had been held in care as involuntary patients at Graylands Hospital immediately before they died.
The Coroner found the deceased died on 22 February 2011 at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital from ligature compression of the neck (hanging). The manner of death was suicide.
