Summary - The deceased was a 49 year old male who was an involuntary patient at Graylands Hospital and who died on 12 July 2005.

The inquest was held together with the deaths of nine other persons who had been held in care as involuntary patients at Graylands Hospital immediately before they died.

The Coroner found the deceased died on 12 July 2005 from natural causes.
