Summary - The deceased was a 28 year old female who died on 27 December 2009 after falling from an overpass onto the Mitchell Freeway in Hamersley while on leave from Graylands Hospital.
The inquest was held together with the deaths of nine other persons who had been held in care as involuntary patients at Graylands Hospital immediately before they died.
The Coroner found the deceased died on 27 December 2009 at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital from multiple injuries. The manner of death was suicide.
